About Reservo Art

It is while traveling around Asia and after coming across countless, enriching artistic discoveries that Reservoart was born. How is it that so many talented artists, not having the possibility to travel, thus not having the opportunity to be known outside Asia, keep on creating and producing so many beautiful things?

We then decided to go around the world of galleries and other artistic workshops to see if our intuition was based on facts: without a doubt, we concluded that the talent and creativity of many Asian artists are to be discovered, shared and promoted.

After being comforted in our intuitions, we quickly realized that the "Asian school" indisputably brings a new vision to art. The idea that continued to expand the project in our minds was to give access to these original and quality works of art to the largest public. To democratize art, too often reserved for the elite.

Only after a lot of work and perseverance were we able to set up our team of artists known and renowned throughout Asia, all ready to rise to the challenge of exporting out of Asia.

The first gallery was born in 2002 in Noumea (new Caledonia), and achieved immediate success. The infatuation of our clients towards the gallery allowed us to quickly expand the distribution of our artworks in the Pacific zone starting with, in 2003, Australia, New Zealand, Polynesia, etc. Then spread throughout Asia, from 2004 to 2006, in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.

The concept of a website (selling online) then occurred, but it still needs considerable thought. To guarantee a different buying experience, not only for the quality of the painting and its frame, but also for the authenticity that it represents. And most importantly, to achieve our main goal, which is to eliminate the obstacles that pricing might cause.

The aim is to restore the fun that goes into purchasing a painting, to decorate and personalize one's home.

It's in 2007 that reservoart finally put its paintings on the web (www.reservo-art.com), with much of our efforts devoted towards giving the user a wide variety of choices.

In November 2007, the second gallery opened its doors to the public in Nice, France. Europe seems to have become an essential pathway for anyone who wants to 'conquer' art markets...
